If you missed yesterday's lunar eclipse, which many around the world enjoyed, not to worry. The South Side Star, naturally, is pleased to drop a bit of the crimson moon madness here. Lunar eclipses are rare, occurring only when the moon passes between Earth and the sun. While, scientifically, the lunar eclispe wasn't significant, it provided astronomy fans spanning the globe a fairly accessible thrill, with Planet Earth shadowing our moon for all to see. Until it vanished.
